The Land Use Planning and Approvals (Stony Rise Development Approval) Bill 2024 has been officially approved, giving us the green light to proceed with the exciting Stony Rise Village Shopping Centre.
Designed to support the growing residential community in Devonport, Stony Rise Village will be a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and essential services.
The centre will feature a full-line Woolworths supermarket, Chemist Warehouse, cafes, shops, and a modern medical centre.
