THE DEVELOPMENT
Stony Rise Village is under construction at 5 Friend Street, Stony Rise, and on track to open mid 2027.
Built for Devonport's growing community, it brings everyday shopping, dining and services together in one place.
Woolworths anchors the centre, alongside BWS, a pharmacy, a newsagent and Loaded Laundry. For food and coffee, there's The Coffee Club, Hennessy's Bakehouse, Amalfi Pizza and a Greek restaurant, with more retailers to come.
A Green Leaves Early Learning centre with 86 places is also planned, and the carpark shade sails will carry original artwork shaped by the community.
